Refund and Exchange Policy
All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We facilitate exchanges for products that are defective or different from what the customer ordered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a defect or incorrect product, customers must meet the following requirements:

The product must be unused.

It must be returned with its original packaging and tags.

It should be properly packaged to avoid damage.

Exchanges or refunds will not be processed for products that are damaged or altered.
Customers have up to 7 days after receiving their order to request an exchange or refund for the reasons mentioned above. Please contact us by email, providing your full name and order number.
Once we receive an email with all the relevant information for the exchange, such as videos, images, and a customer report, our quality control team will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
If the customer is entitled to an exchange or refund, they can choose from the following options:

Receive a refund for the amount paid.

Receive a new product identical to the original order.

Receive a product of similar value.
In the case of a refund, the timeframe to receive the amount back on your payment method is 3 to 30 days, depending on the policies of each bank or payment provider.
Change of Mind or Wrong Size Selection
If a customer purchased a product and changed their mind, or selected the wrong size, they may request an exchange.
In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to one of our warehouses (Europe or Asia), depending on the product.
Important Notice on Return Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As we already provide free shipping on the initial delivery, return labels are not provided by our company.
Requirements for Refunds
For any refund request, customers must follow these steps before sending the product:

Take photos from different angles showing the product details, tags, and original packaging.

Ensure the product is returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
After we receive the product, it will go through a quality inspection.
The refund will only be processed if all conditions mentioned above are met.
